VOICES 2013 Highlights

18 Nov

Thank you to all those who showed up at our annual acoustic VOICES concert on Saturday, it was a success! We hope everyone had a great time there just as the e-board members did. We also want to thank our headliner Justin Oppus, and student performers Harrison Kim and Kaitlin Pang for sharing their music with us.

For those who couldn’t make it (or just want a quick refresher), here’s what you missed:

Again, thank you everyone for showing your support. We were able to raise US$170 through the raffle tickets for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. Special shout-out to Justin who generously donated all of his pay for the night to the victims!

Remember to look out for our second concert of the year in the Spring semester; we will be bringing in a very special Asian America performer! Meanwhile, please continue to show your support for AAA events in the future! We need everyone’s help in order to make Asians’ and Asian Americans’ voices heard.
